Possible Cause
Water tank is blocked
by ice cubes.
There is air in the
pump line.
In this case, unfinished ice
cubes may remain on the
taps.
Disconnect from mains power
supply. Remove the ice cubes
from the automatic scoop.

Lift the ice maker slightly.
Pull the plug on the bottom of
the water tank for a short time
and allow a few drops to run
out.
Switch off the appliance and
remove the ice cubes by hand.
