8. Warranty

The warranty is valid for one year from the date of delivery. It covers only defects caused by the
manufacturer, such as material and processing defects. In case of an acknowledged defect, the
manufacturer will repair or replace the device at its own assessment. No other liabilities apply.
The warranty does not apply to wear and tear through usage, incorrect maintenance and
handling, repairs through a not authorized body, changes to the device or misuse, etc.

9. Servicing

All devices purchased from STATECH SYSTEMS AG STS can be returned to STS for
calibration. On request, STS can notify you when your device is due for calibration.
