ANWENDUNGSBEREICH / BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH
Die CIM-Medizinprodukte sind zur Aufnahme und Positionierung von medi-
zinischen elektronischen Geräten (im Folgenden ME-Geräte genannt), und
deren Zubehör ausgelegt und sind in OP-Sälen sowie in Behandlungs-
zimmern als Hilfsmittel von Ärzten und medizinischem Fachpersonal zu
verwenden.
WARNHINWEISE Installation, Bedienung und Wartung
Dieser Abschnitt beinhaltet Warnhinweise bzgl. der Installation, Bedienung
und Wartung der Monitoraufnahme W-Winkel. Bitte lesen Sie den gesamten
Absatz vollständig durch, bevor Sie mit der Installation, Bedienung oder
Wartung der Monitoraufnahme W-Winkel beginnen. Nichtbeachtung dieser
Vorschrift kann zu Geräteschäden oder Verletzung von Personen führen.
Installation, Bedienung und Wartung darf nur von qualifiziertem Personal
durchgeführt werden. Die Montage darf nur von technischem Fachpersonal

Positionieren Sie den Tragarm mit W-Winkel nie über dem Patienten. Beachten
Sie, dass der Tragarm mit W-Winkel einen weiten Schwenkbereich hat. Bitte
beachten Sie den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch des Tragarms mit W-Win-
kel bei der Auswahl des zu befestigenden ME-Geräts und berücksichtigen Sie
die Nähe des montierten Tragarmes zu anderen Geräten, Krankenhauspersonal
und Patient. CIM med GmbH empfiehlt die Konsultation Ihres Sicherheits-
beauftragten, um die ordnungsgemäße Installation und den bestimmungs-
gemäßen Gebrauch des Tragarmes sicher zu stellen.
Bitte überprüfen Sie das zugeladene Gewicht. Dieses kann sich verändern,
wenn zusätzliches Zubehör zum eigentlichen Monitorgewicht hinzugefügt
oder entfernt wird. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das maximal zulässige Gewicht
nicht überschritten ist.
Veränderungen am Produkt, Demontage einzelner Komponenten, Montage
bzw. Zusammenbau der Einzelteile in anderer Form als nachfolgend be-
schrieben, sind nur nach ausdrücklicher und schriftlich erteilter Genehmi-
gung durch die Konstruktionsabteilung der CIM med GmbH zulässig. Für
Schäden, die durch nicht genehmigte Produktänderungen entstehen, über-
nimmt die CIM med GmbH keine Haftung.

AREA OF APPLICATION/ INTENDED USE
CIM medical products are intended to mount and position medical electrical
equipment (hereafter referred to as ME equipment) and accessories to
those and are used in operating theatres as well as treatment rooms as
auxiliary devices for doctors and medical staff.
WARNING Installation, Operation and Maintenance
This section contains warnings regarding the installation, operation and
maintenance of monitor adaptation w-bracket. This section must be read
in its entirety before installing, operating and maintaining the monitor
adaptation w-bracket. Failure to follow these warnings may result in damage
to equipment or injury to people.
Installation, operation and maintenance may only be carried out by qualified
personnel. Assembly may only be done by qualified technical personnel.
CIM med GmbH cannot be held responsible for any damage due to poor
installation.
Do not position the support arm with w-bracket above a patient. Note
that the support arm with w-bracket has a wide range of motion. Please
consider carefully the ME equipment being mounted and the proximity of
the mounting assembly to other equipment, hospital personnel, and the
patient. CIM med GmbH recommends that the hospital's risk management
personnel verify that the application is appropriate prior to installation and
use of the support arm.
The total load mounted may have changed due to adding or removing equip-
ment (other than primary instrument) while the height locking lever was
engaged. Ensure that the weight of the instrument being mounted does not
exceed the maximum load indication.
Product modifications, disassembling and reassembling and/or mounting
any of the components in any other way than described below are permitted
only after written approval by the CIM med GmbH construction and
engineering department. CIM med GmbH cannot be held responsible for
any damage or injury caused by product modifications and/ or amendments
without prior permission by CIM med GmbH.
