1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

MAIN FEATURES:

• Built-in electricity transformer, designed for energy transforming
• Protection against fire and electrical shock
• 2 built-in tamper switches, which you need to connect to alarm system zones for enclosure su-
pervision
ME1 is a metal cabinet, aligned to work with ELDES products: GSM alarm and management system
ESIM264/ ESIM364; GSM control system ESIM252, EPGM1 module and Ethernet communicator
ELAN3-ALARM. The enclosure is suitable for devices installation and mounting. ME1 is mounted
with additional accessories: electricity transformer, fuse and tamper switches. This enclosure fulfill
the requirements of fire and electrical shock safety standards. It's convenient for installation and
operation. Can be additionally accessorised by individual needs. Plastic enclosure like PK051 can
be inserted into ME1 as well.
• ME1 metal cabinet is non-flammable and highly recommended for a convenient installation of
the system ESIM364 or ESIM264.
• The metal cabinet must always be grounded as well as ESIM364 system's PCB by connecting
one of the COM terminals to the PE contact of the metal cabinet.
• For the connection of 230V transformer, use 3x0.75 mm
power supply cables must not be grouped with low voltage cable group.
