Read these instructions carefully before use to ensure that the device functions properly and safely
1.
The removable adapter plugs allow you to connect a notebook to the power supply unit.

Make sure the polarity is correct.Note that the plus pole is connected to the pin (internal contact) of the
small adapter plug by default.
If your notebook requires a positively poled internal contact, ensure that there is a plus symbol (+) at the end of the
cable beside the "TIP" label.The plus sign indicates that the plus pole is connected to the internal contact.

Use the direct current selection switch to select the voltage required (e.g. 15 V/16 V/18 V/19 V/20 V at
6 A or 22 V/24 V at 5 A) before you connect your notebook.See the original power supply unit or the user
manual of your notebook for the required voltage (your notebook may be damaged if you do not set the
correct voltage).Do not connect the power supply unit to your notebook if you do not know the voltage.

Ensure that the total power consumption does not exceed the rated output capacity of the power supply
unit.
5.
First connect the mains cable to the power supply unit, then plug in the mains plug.The LED lights
immediately.
6.
Switch on the notebook.
7.
Please note:The LED only lights when you have set a voltage.
CAUTION:
1.
The outputs may not be short-circuited.
2.
Ensure that you have selected the correct voltage.Excessive voltage can damage your notebook.
3.
Do not use this power supply unit with devices which require an output of more than 6 A at 15 – 20 V
and 5 A at 22/24 V (max. 120 W).
4.
Do not open the device.
5.
Unplug the mains plug when not in use.
6.
If the mains cable of the power supply unit is damaged, contact your retailer or the manufacturer to
have it replaced.The power supply unit must be grounded.
