9. Terms of Warranty
In addition to the statutory warranty, we also provide a warranty of 24 months from date
of purchase.
The warranty claim is only valid when accompanied by a bonafide and dated proof of
purchase.
The producer or distributor can choose to repair or replace the defective equipment.
An RMA # (Returned Merchandize Authorization Number) must accompany all cases of
'return for repair.' Contact the producer or your distributor in the unlikelihood that you
may need a RMA.
The following are excluded from the warranty. Damage, malfunction, or
deterioration due to:
ƒ Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, lightning or other natural events, changes and unautho-
rized intervention, incorrect transport or handling and installation and/or operating
errors due to incorrect reading of instructions.
ƒ Unauthorized repair or attempted repair.
ƒ Post-purchase damage via transport.
ƒ Incorrect installation of the product.
ƒ Causes external to the product.
ƒ Internal and/or external cleaning of the product not in accordance with specific
instructions from the manufacturer.
ƒ Any other cause(s) which is not related to a product defect.
The producer guarantees that each AcquaPhi™ device has been subjected to the most
stringent controls for both the quality of manufacturing materials used and the assembly
process. In addition to the legal guarantees provided by law, the producer will respond to
qualifying cases of legitimate product defect, providing repair or replacement of the
defective part with no charge for the cost of labor or any required replacement parts
(replacement parts same or similar) but without reimbursement of the costs of transporta-
tion to and from the producer or distributor, which will be borne by the consumer.
