Betriebsverhältnissen erfolgen. Nach Empfehlung des IWO (Institut für Wärme- und Öltechnik e.V) sollten Filtereinsätze aus Sinterkunststoffen mit einer Maschenweite von 30- bis 75 μm verwendet werden. Bei Ölanlagen mit sogenannten „Low-NOx- Brennern“ und Brennern kleinerer Wärmeleistungen werden die GOK-Filtereinsätze FEINFILTERUNG mit einer Maschenweite < 35 μm empfohlen. ® Heizölfilter-Entlüfterkombination Typ GS Pro-Fi Funktionsstörungen durch Rückstände! Die ordnungsgemäße Funktion ist nicht gewährleistet. Sichtkontrolle auf eventuelle Metallspäne oder sonstige Rückstände in den Anschlüssen vornehmen! Metallspäne oder sonstige Rückstände durch Ausblasen unbedingt entfernen! Die Montage ist gegebenenfalls mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug vorzunehmen. Bei Schraubverbindungen muss immer mit einem zweiten Schlüssel am Anschlussstutzen gegen gehalten werden. -

® Heizölfilter-Entlüfterkombination Typ GS Pro-Fi INBETRIEBNAHME Ist die Dichtheitsprüfung beendet und die Anlage dicht, braucht nur das Kipphebelventil der Tankentnahmearmatur oder, bei Anlagen ohne Kipphebelventil, die abgesperrte Sicherheitseinrichtung geöffnet zu werden. Der noch in der Leitung vorhandene Unterdruck saugt sofort Heizöl an. Gegebenenfalls noch nachpumpen. Sofern vom Brenner-/Kesselhersteller in der Anweisung nichts anderes angegeben wird, ist wie folgt zu verfahren: •... -

® Heizölfilter-Entlüfterkombination Typ GS Pro-Fi AUSSERBETRIEBNAHME Bei längerer Außerbetriebnahme oder Maßnahmen der WARTUNG ist der Drehgriff der Absperrarmatur auf senkrechte Position zur Durchflussrichtung zu drehen – die Absperrarmatur ist geschlossen. Bei Wiederinbetriebnahme des Produktes, Schritte DICHTHEITSKONTROLLE und INBETRIEBNAHME beachten! ENTSORGEN Um die Umwelt zu schützen, dürfen Produkte, die mit wassergefährdenden Stoffen verschmutzt oder in Berührung gekommen sind, nicht mit dem Hausmüll, in öffentliche Gewässer oder Kanäle entsorgt werden. -

Antes de la puesta en servicio, se debe comprobar la estanqueidad de la instalación de ® gasóleo con GS Pro-Fi 3 , incluidas las conexiones. Esto se puede llevar a cabo durante la comprobación de estanqueidad según TRÖI y la hoja de trabajo DWA-A 791 así como la comprobación del funcionamiento de la instalación de gasóleo. -
