Assembly and operation (charcoal grill)
1. The fan can be powered either by inserting 4 x 1. 5 volt AA batteries (included) or externally by a micro-
USB cable (not included) which can either be connected directly to a power outlet via an adapter or to a
mobile power bank.
2. Place the base on a flat stable surface.
3. Put the gel container into the bowl.
4. Put fire lighter gel (± 20ml.) in the gel container and put the gel on fire with a lighter. Caution: Do not
spray lighting gel in the opening of the fan. This causes irreversible damage.
5. Put the ventilator on maximum by turning the control knob clockwise.
6. Have the charcoal basket filled with charcoal. Place the charcoal basket on the burning gel.
7. Put the stainless steel bowl into the base.
8. Before use, always remember to add some grease to the grill plate. install the grill plate onto the main
body and secure with the clamps. Lower the temperature to ± 25/50% by turning the controi knob anti-
-clockwise. After 3 minutes, you can start placing your food onto the grill plate for grilling.
9. Prior to using for the first time, the grill must be heated for approximately 30 minutes.
Assembly and operation (electrical heating)
1. Take out of the charcoal box and ignition plate, insert the oil collection on the back of body.
2. Put the electrical heating element on the top the box, make sure it is on right position to hear a CLICK
sound from micro switch.
3. Turn the knob on control panel by two power position, level 1 for keep warm, level 2 for grill
