2.2 Additional Safety Regulations for the Use of the Air-to-Water Heat Exchanger • Do not reach into the running air-to-water heat exchanger. • Do not open cover before unit is powered-off. • Please consider that the fan is running on after the heat exchanger is powered-off. •...
4. Handling and Storage The devices can be transported and stored in any position. Damages must be reported immediately to the freight forwarder. Non-observance of the transport and mounting instructions will void any warranty. Air-to-water heat exchangers must be operated only in the specified position. In case of storage or transport temperatures below the freezing point, ensure that no water from commissioning is in the heat exchanger.
• Operating and fault messages are shown on the display (if existing). • For trouble-free operation it is imperative that the air inlet and outlet cut-outs are completely uncovered. • The arrangement of the air inlet and outlet must allow the ventilation of almost all components inside the cabinet. •...

b) After disconnecting the heat exchanger from the power supply • Perform an external and internal visual control: Check if all covers and attachment parts are present. No damages are visible (e.g.: on sheet steel enclosure, protection grid, controller, thermostat, cables and their insulation, collecting pan).
10. Decommissioning and Disposal Devices that cannot be used anymore have to be disposed of professionally and environmentally friendly. 11. Malfunctions – Causes – Remedies Excessive condensation • Control cabinet with rating IP54 - Check, if the seal between the heat exchanger and the cabinet is adhered properly. - Check, if the cabinets are completely closed.
