| Condenser Microphone
The MIC CM-53 is a very versatile condenser microphone for studio and live applications.
With its interchangeable capsule it can operate with cardioid, supercardioid or omni-
directional characteristic and ensures maximum versatility. It may be used e.g. as
overhead or instrumental microphone and for room recordings. Delivery includes three
capsules, a microphone holder, windscreen, adapter screw and a transport bag.
Use
Select the desired microphone capsule and screw it onto the microphone body. Screw
the holder on your stand and insert the microphone from above. Connect the
microphone via a balanced microphone cable with 3-pin XLR plugs to the XLR
microphone input equipped with +48 V phantom power of your audio unit (e.g. mixing
console). For voice recordings, use the supplied windshield to protect the capsule
from moisture.
Notes
For cleaning only use a dry cloth. Maintenance and service operations are only to be
carried out by authorized dealers. Damage, caused by manual modifications on this
product is not subject to warranty. If the product is used for other purposes than
originally intended or if it is not correctly connected, it may suffer damages and the
guarantee becomes void. Protect the product against humidity and heat. The ambient
temperature must always be between -5° C and +45° C.
