DISASSEMBLY OF THE COMFORT LINER
1. Pull the cheek pad (A) from the upper
part towards the inside of the helmet by
unfastening the three snap fasteners (C)

2. First pull the cheek pad downwards,
release the two fastening slats (D)

(Fig.2b) and remove the cheek pad.
3. Pull the back of the liner (B) and release the snap fasteners (C) from the back side (Fig.3a).
4. Pull the front of the liner and release the fastening flap (D) from the front side (Fig.3b), then remove the liner.

To remove the filter: Press the clip release lever (C) down
until the grid is released, then pull it forward Fig.4a. Now
you can remove the filter (E). To assemble it: Position the
filter in its specific seat and then insert the grid (B) as
shown in Fig.4b. Make sure that the grid is correctly fas-

CLEANING YOUR CAREFLON HELMET
Only clean your helmet with mild detergent and lukewarm water solution. Do not use petrol, thinner, benzene or
any other solvents as these may adversely affect components of the helmet and its ability to reduce the damage
caused by an impact. When you dismount your helmet, you should not perform any operation on the helmets
shock absorbing body, do not wash it, and do not apply solvent to it. You could seriously diminish its shock ab-
sorbing qualities. Its components, entirely made of textile, may be washed.
GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY
Careflon grants the legal guarantee for hidden defects and defects according to the valid regulations. Careflon
accepts no liability for damages resulting from falling down of the product, as scratched and / or chipping.
CONTRACTUAL GUARANTEE FOR REGISTERED CUSTOMERS
The company Careflon guarantees the product for two year from its date of sale. A copy of the sales invoice, stam-
ped by the retailer must be enclosed with the helmet if it is returned. Therefore, we recommend you to register
as a user on our website www.careflon.com/support There you will find more information on the guaran-
tee and benefits you gain by registering. In any case, you should have the purchase confirmation completed by
your Careflon dealer and keep it with the invoice.
