Application example 1:
Open plan office with floor
standing luminaires in
separate groups
Description:
Luminaires of unoccupied workplaces
within same group should remain on a
stand-by level as long as at least one of
the group workplaces is occupied.
The DALIeco control units are set to the
function mode „Open plan Office" and
therefore went thru a stand-by state with
reduced light level before they switch off
completely. In this example the DIP-
switches of all adapters are in ex-factory
setting (= switches in right position).
Application example 2:
Open plan office with floor
standing luminaires with
overlapping groups
Description:
The luminaires of the unoccupied work-
places and the closest luminaire of the
neighbored group should remain on a
stand-by level as long as one of the group
workplaces is occupied.
The DALIeco control units are set to the
function mode „Open plan Office" and
therefore went thru a stand-by state with
reduced light level before they switch off
completely. In this example the DIP-switch-
es of all adapters are in ex-factory setting
(= switches in right position).
Application example 3:
Single offices with a central
corridor
Description:
The lighting of the adjacent corridor
should remain at a normal light level, as
long as persons are present in one of the
single offices. Outside of the office work-
ing hours the corridor lighting should be
dimmed automatically to a low standby-
level that is in line with the safety regula-
tions.
The DALIeco control units of the offices
are set to function mode „Single Office"
and the DALIeco control unit controlling
the corridor lights is set to „Corridor".
In this example the DIP-switches of all
adapters in the office rooms are in ex-
factory setting (= switches in right posi-
tion), at the adapter for the corridor the
transmission of radio telegrams is disa-
bled (Tx = OFF / DIP-switch to the left).
