IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to
follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating
label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the maximum usage time).
The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.
ASSEMBLING (see Page 4 & 5)
Assembling the beaters and hooks
 Make sure that the switch is in "0" position, and that the appliance is unplugged.
 Beaters/Hooks: Insert the beaters/hooks under the body of the mixer. Caution: make sure
to insert the attachment fitted with a disk into the largest opening. Turn slightly until you
hear a clicking sound.
 To release the attachments, push the speed switch towards the "EJECT" position.
Assembling the hand mixer on the base
 Make sure the speed switch is in "0" position and the appliance is unplugged from the
power supply.
 Hold the mixer parallel to the bracket and press the appliance onto the bracket until you
hear a "click" (see picture 4, page 4).
 Press the release button of the bracket and put the bracket in oblique position (see
picture 5, page 4).
 You can now insert the dough hooks or the beaters. Caution: make sure to insert the
attachment fitted with a disk into the largest opening (see picture 6, page 4). Turn slightly
until you hear a clicking sound.
 Once the hooks or beaters are assembled, put the bowl on the base (see picture 7, page
5).
 Press the bracket release button to bring the bracket together with the appliance in
horizontal position in order to immerse the attachments in the bowl (see picture 8, page
5).
 You can now plug in the appliance and select a lower speed. The bowl will rotate
automatically.
 To remove the appliance from the bracket, the attachments need to be removed first. To
do so, put the bracket in oblique position by pressing its release button and then push the
speed switch towards the "EJECT" position in order to release the attachments. Once the
attachments have been removed, press the appliance release button (see picture 11,
page 5) and lift the appliance.
SPEED SETTINGS
As soon as the appliance is assembled, select the desired speed setting:
1 Dry ingredients: butter, potatoes, flour
2 Liquids, sauces, spices
3 Dough: cake, biscuits, egg white, whipped cream
Your appliance is fitted with a turbo function that allows increasing the speed of your
appliance, whatever the speed (1 to 3). You only have to press the turbo switch and to
maintain it. The turbo switches off when you release the button.
Copies of the I/B. Please reproduce them without any
changes except under special instruction from Team
International BELGIUM. The pages must be reproduced
and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you
keep the good numbering when you turn the pages of
the I/B. Don't change the page numbering. Keep the
language integrity.
