Tighten crotch belt in place by pulling section 3 as shown.
Pull shoulder belt section 2 as shown.
Tighten shoulder belt in place by pulling section 3 as shown.

Always use the crotch belt together with the waist belt and shoulder belt
and make sure they are properly adjusted.
