La garantie NE couvre PAS les défauts dérivant de:
1) Non respect des instructions d'utilisation correcte du
dispositif
2) Connexion sur des dispositifs non fournis et/ou utilisation
de batteries et/ou accessoires non originaux
3) Modifications ou réparations faites par des personnes
non autorisées par le fabricant
4) Modification, réglage ou altération de logiciel ou appareil
faites par des personnes non autorisées par le fabricant
5) Dommages au téléphone causés par le mauvais temps
(par ex. la foudre), des incendies, l'humidité, l'infiltration de
liquides ou d'aliments, produits chimiques, télédécharge-
ment de fichiers, évènements accidentels, haute tension,
corrosion, oxydation.
En outre, comme nous l'avons dit, la garantie conven-
tionnelle ne couvre pas les téléphones et leurs batteries/
accessoires non mis en vente sur le marché italien, dans la
République de Saint Marin ou a Cité du Vatican par ALDINET.

Le consommateur devra s'adresser directement au Service
d'assistance chargé par ALDINET dont les coordonnées

tacter le Service d'assistance à travers le revendeur auquel il
a acheté le téléphone.
