IMPORTANT: Check the RCCB periodically to
ensure that it is working efficiently. Carry out the
test by pressing the push-button on the front
panel of the same.
In any case, before plugging the machine in at the
socket always make sure that mains voltage is the
same as the one indicated on the machine
identification plate.
6. Checking before use
CAUTION !
THE CARACOUP MACHINE IS PLANNED FOR
WORKING WITH WATER.
Before any cutting operation, make sure that the
water level inside the basin is the same as the one
shown in picture 5.
CAUTION !
ADJUSTMENT OF COOLING WATER
Through an on-off valve placed on the disk protection
it is possible to adjust the water flow according to the
type of material to be cut. An innovative cooling
system makes it possible and allows the disk to be
always wet.
7. Cutting at 90°
CAUTION !
Thanks to the great versatility of the CARACOUP
machine it is possible to carry out different types of
cutting.

Take the disk to the 0° position with the inclination
adjustment knobs (See picture 7).
Position the piece which needs cutting on the
working table and make sure that it is properly
leaned against the tile-stopper. If necessary, a
bearing square can be of help.
CAUTION !
THE MILLIMETRE RULER PLACED ON THE
WORKING TABLE HELPS ONLY WITH THE
CARRYING OUT OF LINEAR CUTTING.
In order to carry out any diagonal cutting lean the
tile against the square the way it is shown in picture
7 and go on with the cutting operation.

8. Cutting a surface at 45° (jolly)
CAUTION !
Take the cutting disk to the 45° position with the
inclination adjustment knobs (See picture 7).
Lock the motor carriage at the max. cutting depth
with the locking lever. Picture 8 shows the proper
way the machine should be used.
With the CARACOUP machine it is also possible to
set out:
a- the cutting length with the cutting adjustment
knobs (See picture 6);
