▪ When you notice that aspiration is less powerful,
check the filter cleaning. There is a third filter near
the fan. If you need replace it, first remove the back
cover and then, remove the fan. You will get access
to the filter. It is in a metal frame with two bolts.
Replace it with the spare filter supplied with the
machine. Use MESTRA original spare parts.
▪ Clean the outside of the unit regularly with a cloth
moistened in soapy water. Do not use solvers or other
famable product.
▪ Use
original spare parts supplied by the
only
manufacturer.
▪ To replace lamps, unscrew the holding knobs (Fig.
4).
PRECAUTIONS
▪ Before connecting the unit to the power source, make
sure the voltage is correct (grounded 230 V, 50/60
Hz).
▪ The cable may only be replaced by one with the same
characteristics as supplied by the manufacturer.
▪ Attention: before using the machine, please
completely read this operating manual.
▪ Keep this operating manual properly for future.
▪ Do not use the machine for a different purpose than
especified in this guide.

▪ Do not touch the unit or the power cord with wet
hands.
▪ Before each use, check that the water level does not
reach the height of the visor (D).
▪ Do not fill the chamber with water, or leave an open
hose inside.
▪ Unplug the unit in case of storm and when you are
not going to use it for a long time.
▪ Do not pull, twist or fold the power cord excessively.
▪ Unpluge the unit before cleaning; do not wet
ellectrical parts, do not use chemical products to
clean it.
▪ Do not hold the box by the diffuser frame. Due to the
weight of the machine, the diffuser may unstick. To
move the box, use the handle to lift.
▪ Do not obstruct the ventilation grilles at the back of
the unit.
▪ Remove any dirt or water remains from the cord
connection.
▪ Unplug the unit immediately whenever you notice an
unusual noise, smell or smoke.
▪ Do not install the unit near to heat sources.
▪ Do not use the unit in damp rooms or near
inflammable materials (alcohol, solvents,...).
▪ To prevent accidents, be cautious when using the
unit.
▪ Always keep the unit off when you don't use it.
▪ Do not allow children or non-qualified personnel
handling the unit.
▪ Choose a flat and firm surface to place the unit, away
from heat or vibration sources.
▪ Do not dismount, repair or modify the machine.
▪ If you find a defective component or a problem do
not use the machine.
▪ Contact the supplier for questions or detailed
information about problems with the unit.
