You should install the battery pack on to the main unit and fully charge your 7.2V Ni-MH battery pack or charge it separately before its being attached onto the radio, then you can use it after making sure to attach the antenna on your radio.
- Seite 13 SCANNING FEATURES The Pocket 4300 is equipped with three types of scan options: All Scan, Saved (Memory) Scan and Priority Scan. If there are no channels in memory, the default is All Scan. This function automatically searches for transmissions on the channel set being scanned. If a TX signal is received, the scan stops on the receiving channel as long as it is present and the SCAN indicator flashes.

B. BENUTZUNG DES VHF-RADIO POCKET 4300 Bevor Sie Ihr Pocket 4300 benutzen, beachten Sie bitte die folgenden Anweisungen. Sie müssen die Batterie auf dem Gehäuse installieren und die Batterie 7.2VDC Ni-MH vollständig laden. Nachdem Sie sichergestellt haben, dass die Antenne gut auf dem Gehäuse fixiert ist, können Sie Ihr VHF in Gebrauch nehmen. -

ABTASTUNGSEIGENSCHAFTEN Pocket 4300 ist mit 3 Optionstypen zur Abtastung ausgestattet: der völligen Abtastung, der gespeicherten Abtastung (Speicher) und der vorrangigen Abtastung. Wenn keinerlei Kanäle gespeichert sind, ist der Parameter zwangsläufig „All scan“. Diese Funkion versucht automatisch auf dem durch die Abtastung eingestellten Kanal zu senden. Wenn ein „TX“-Signal erhalten wird, hält die Abtastung auf dem Empfangskanal so lange an, wie dieses vorhanden ist und der Anzeiger der Abtastung blinkt. -

Doppelter Wachzustand Drücken Sie die Taste DU/TRI und lassen Sie sie los, um den Modus doppelter Wachzustand zu aktivieren. Der Indikator DUAL erscheint auf der LCD-Anzeige. Im doppelten Wachzustand arbeitet das VHF auf einem Kanal und wechselt in zyklischen Abständen automatisch zu Kanal 16. Drücken Sie die Taste DU/TRI und lassen Sie sie los, um den Modus doppelter Wachzustand zu beenden und zu dem vorherigen Arbeitskanal zurückzukehren. -
