8. When using extension cords, keep the socket away from mois-
ture and prevent damage to the cable.
9. Do not bring modifications to the product that compromise the
safety.
10. Keep connections dry.
11. Never plunge the appliance in water.
12. Disconnect the appliance from the supply line, if you don't use it
for a long time.
13. Always unplug the appliance before doing any maintenance op-
eration.
14. The insect destroyers which are intended for indoor use only,
must not be used in hay-lofts, barns or similar environments.
15. Do not aim a stream of water (for example from a garden
hose) at the device; there could be risk of electric shock.
16. If the power supply cord is damaged avoid to use it. Let the
Manufacturer, or the After Sale Service, or some similar qualified
person replace it, in order to avoid any risk.
17. In case of malfunction or fault, call an Authorized After Sale Ser-
vice, and request original spare parts.

MAINTENANCE

Periodically verify the integrity of the appliance. If defects are
found, do not use it; call an Authorized After Sale Service.
Before attempting any maintenance operation, be sure that
the appliance is unplugged from any electrical source.
The Company declines any responsibility for accidents or mal-
functions caused by a lack of a reasonable maintenance.
Empty and clean out electrocuted insects from the insect collector
drawer every 2 or 3 days or more often if the insects reach the rim. If
electrocuted insects falling directly to the ground isn't bothersome,
the drawer can be eliminated completely.
For maximum efficiency, replace the lamps only with the type in-
dicated on the device every 3.000 working hours for models 305E,
