SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

6. Clean with dry cloth only.
7. Do not block ventilation openings, install in accordance with instructions.
8. Do not install near any heat sources, such as radiators, heat exchangers, heaters or other appliances
(including ampli ers), which produce heat.
9. Do not violate the safety function of the power supply plug. If you cannot insert the plug into the
electrical outlet, contact an electrician to replace the obsolete outlet.
10. Do not step on the power cord and protect it from damage especially near the outlet and near the
connection to the player.
11. Use only accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
12. Disconnect the player during a thunderstorm or when you do not plan to use it for a longer period of
time.
13. All servicing should be done by quali ed service personnel. The player requires service if it was damaged
in any way, for example, the power cord or the plug was damaged, liquid was spilled onto the player or
foreign object was inserted, the player was exposed to rain or moisture, the player does not operate
correctly or it fell.
14. The plug serves as a disconnecting device therefore a readily accessible outlet should be used.
15. Do not cover the ventilation openings with newspaper, napkins, drapes or other similar objects.
16. Naked ame sources should not be placed on the player, for example lighted candles.
17. Dispose of empty batteries in an ecologically responsible manner.
18. Use the player in moderate climate.
19. The player should not be exposed to dripping or splashing water and no objects containing liquids
should be placed upon it, for example vases.
