Operation

1. Plug the power plug (1) of the personal protection
adaptor into a power socket, lift the protection cap (6)
from the socket (2) of the adaptor and plug the electrical
appliance into the socket.
2. Press the reset button (4). The indicator (5) turns red.
3. Press the test button (3). The personal protection
adaptor must switch off! (indicator black)
4. Press the reset button (4). You may now start using
your electrical appliance.
Caution: Check the correct function of the personal
protection adaptor before each use!
In case of a current fault, the personal protection adaptor
switches the electrical appliance off and the Indicator
turns off (indicator black).
If this occurs, do not use the electrical appliance any
further and have it examined by a professional.

Cleaning and Storing

Wipe the unit with a dry and clean cloth. Do not allow
liquids to enter the housing.
Store the personal protection adaptor indoors in a dry
location that is protected from dust, dirt and extreme
temperatures.
