TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Water spray failure.
Nozzle blocking.
Nozzle leaking.
Motors stop working and
LED flashes rapidly.
LED flashes once every
second.
LED lights properly but
motors stop working upon
random switch.
Important Notes
• Temperature increases in the long continuous uninterrupted running process of the
motor.Over-temperature protection starts upon over-heated motors. Turn off the
switch, cool the product naturally and reuse
• Don't keep it working for over 20 minutes for one time
• Don't apply any force load on the machine when in waxing mode
Possible cause
Lack of water or other
liquid in the tank.
These is air in the water
pipe.
Spray nozzle/water
injector blocked.
There are solid particles in
the liquid wax or waxing
oil.
Over-current protection.
Low battery.
Motors over-temperature
protection.
Suggested solution
Add water or other liquid.
Push the spray button
several times to expel
the air.
With a tapered needle
scratching the nozzle
opening.
Rinse the nozzle with
clean water.
Restart.
Recharge the battery.
Stop using and turn off the
switch. Cool it naturally
and reuse it.
