1. How to use your binoculars
1. Adjustement of the Interpupillary Distance (I.D.P)
Adjust the distance between the eyecups using the central hinge system, until you see one clear circle. The
correct adjustment for your eyes is indicated on the IPD Scale. Remember the number on this scale so that
you can find the correct IPD for your eyes.
2. Focus
1.Close your right eye and focus on an object with the left eye. Turn the centre-focus wheel until you obtain a
clear picture.
2.Open your right eye and close the left. Turn the centre-focus wheel until the target image issharpand clear.
Takenote of this setting on the diopterscale.
3.Both sides of your binoculars are now in focus. Now all you need to do is turn the central wheel to bring the
image into focus, regardless of the distance.

2. How to maintain your binoculars :
1.Keep the lens caps (supplied with your binoculars, except for the compact models) on the lenses when not in
use.

3.To remove dirt or smears, add one or two drops of isopropyl alcohol to the cloth.
4. Store your binoculars in a dry place.
