Getting started
l Read all instructions carefully.
l Remove any packaging from the product.
l Place the packaging inside the box and either store or dispose of responsibly.
Assembly
1. Check that the voltage of your appliance is the same as your mains (220-240Va.c.).
2. Place the unit on a flat and stable surface. We recommend using a surface which is heat
insulating and fire resistant when using the Electric Grill.
3. Place the stone plate on top of the Cool Touch Base. Be sure that it is properly fixed.
4. Place 8 persons raclette on the bottom of the Grill Plate.

HOW TO USE

Before each use, unwind the flex completely. And move it two to four inches away from the wall.
Remove any object that may have been on top of the unit.
1. Plug the unit and switch on at the mains
2. Adjust the Variable Temperature Control to the needed cooking temperature, from MIN to Max.
NOTE: For initial use, some smoke may be observed and odor when the unit is turned ON,
this is normal.
3. Pre-heating:10-15 minutes.
4. Put the food items such as meat, fish or vegetables onto the stone plate for grilling.
5. Put the baked food on 8 person raclette grill pans for keep warm. Also can put small food on grill
pans. Then slide the grill pan carefully back into position.
Important: Do not put food over the heating element.
6. Remove the food once the grilling process is complete.
7. Turn OFF after use and unplug the unit.
