The capsule adheres to the infuser
as it opens
Causes
- the tank is empty
- the pump is defective
- the capsule is not (fully) pierced
- the water tank is not fully seated
- the pump is defective
- the heating system is defective - call the service centre
- the tank is empty

Corrective action

- fill the tank
-call the service centre

- seat the tank properly
- call the service centre

- usare una capsula nuova
- it is normal for a few drops to
come out, this is not a defect
- re-rinse the machine

- Close and open the lever
