BiSens Agido-3V product protection sensor
The BiSens Agido-3V product protection sensor auto-
matically retracts the awning (and motorised Volant
Plus, if installed) if the drop profile is roughly shaken by
wind or other factors.
With the exception of an occasional battery change, the
BiSens Agido-3V product protection sensor does not
require special operation.

Any initial start-up that may be required (if this has not
been done before the product left the factory) is de-
scribed on page 2.
Changing the batteries on the
BiSens Agido-3V
To test at any time whether the sensor is working as it
should (i.e. that the awning retracts), simply shake the
drop profile. Change the batteries in the BiSens Agido-
3V as soon as the awning drive briefly stalls twice when
opening or retracting the awning. This is a visual indica-
tion that the batteries are almost empty.
To do so, proceed as follows:
1. Extend the awning.
2. If necessary, disconnect the
awning from the power supply
(to stop the awning retracting
while you change the batteries)
3. Undo the two screws and
remove the cover.

IMPORTANT: Depending on the type and version of receiver
being used, you may find that, if the sensor sets off an up-
wards movement, this cannot be overridden using the hand
transmitter. With these receivers, the awning can only be
operated again as usual after a period of approx. three
minutes.

4. Take out the batteries and replace them with
two new batteries of the same type (micro, AAA,
LR03). Make sure to replace the batteries the
right way round.

5. To check they are working, press one of the two
movement keys on the device: the indicator light
should come on.
6. Close the sensor cover again and re-tighten the
two screws. Make sure the seal is correctly
positioned.
7. Reconnect the awning to the
power supply and switch on.
8. Once the power is switched on, you can check
to see if the Agido is working properly by shak-
ing the drop profile.
