Troubleshooting
If you encounter a problem, try doing these things first:
• Make sure all cables and other devices are properly and securely
connected.
• Make sure you are using the Envoi HL Transmitter as described in this
User Guide.
• If you believe Envoi HL Transmitter is not working properly, check the
following table for your problem and solution.
Problem:
Power does not
turn on.
Envoi HL
Transmitter does
not produce any
sound.
The signal is
weak.
The signal quality
is poor.
Solution:
Make sure a fresh pair of AA batteries are
installed in the Envoi HL Transmitter.
Make sure all cable and device
connections are secure and correct.
Make sure none of the cables are
damaged.
Place the microphone close to your
mouth to ensure the best audio signal.
Make sure the volume settings on your
receiver, loudspeaker, mixer, etc. are
correct.
Make sure there are no objects
(computers, walls, pipes, etc.) between
the transmitter and receiver.
Keep any connected audio cables away
from the antenna and power cable.
Select another channel using ASC (Auto-
Sync Channel) on your receiver.
