OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AquaTuff™ 351 THERMOMETER Press to turn instrument ON or OFF. Press to select Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature scale. OPERATION: 1) Observing correct polarity, insert thermocouple probe into connector on top of instrument. 2) Press key to turn instrument on. -
