j. Programming the Door Open Duration
Press #6 (programming door open duration).
Enter the number of seconds the door should remain open (= TTT, programmable between 1 to 250 seconds).
Example: Press #68# to keep the door open for 8 seconds.
Conclusion: Press #6TTT# to set the "door open duration".
k. Modifying the Password
Press #71 (programming the numeric code).
Enter a six-digit numeric code (=XXXXXX) to replace the factory setting (= 123456).
Do not forget your new numeric code!
Conclusion: Press #71XXXXXX# to programme your numeric code.
l. Setting the PIN code
Press #72 (programming common PIN code).
Enter the 4-digit PIN code of your choice (=XXXX).
Conclusion: Press #72XXXX# to programme the common PIN code.
The Common PIN code can only be set if the device is in the Card-+-PIN-Code Mode.
m. Command-mode
Press #9 to leave the command mode after each setting.
n. Deleting All PIN codes
Press # * #.
6. Wiring (see final page) & remarks
Consumption: ± 100mA (HAA86C) + consumption of the door opener or relay (max. 1A).
Connecting the brown wire (PUSH BUTTON) with the black one activates the door opener output (DOOR OPENER
RELAY) for 4 seconds. The LED flashes green and the beeper produces two short beeps.
Connecting the yellow wire (ALARM LOOP) with the black one activates the alarm output (ALARM RELAY) for 4
seconds.
JP1 : Connection for antenna.
JP2 : If installed, this jumper connects +12V with COM1 (violet). Do not install this jumper in case of a power
consumption > 1A (typical example: door opener with an external power supply) and/or when using a
common earth.
JP3 : If installed, this jumper connects +12V with COM2 (white/violet). Do not install this jumper in case of a
power consumption > 1A (e.g. a powerful buzzer) and/or when using a common earth and/or an external
power supply.
JP4 : If this jumper is installed and the yellow and black input leads are disconnected, the alarm output will be
activated for 3 seconds. If this jumper is not installed and the yellow and black input leads are connected, the
alarm output will be activated for three seconds.
Connected to JP8.
JP5 : There is a protection diode between NC1 and GND if this jumper is installed.
