POSSIBLE OPERATING FAULTS

 Water poured into tank not hot enough (at least 70°C)

Heating element not in close contact with base of water bath tank.
 Too short or no pre-heating.

Chafing dish lid left open, causing food to dry up and wasting energy. Always remember to
close the lid in between times.
