GUARANTEE
As the manufacturer we grant a guarantee of 1
year from the date of purchase for this device –
in addition to the legal warranty claims against
the vendor if the purchaser so chooses.
Within this guarantee period, we will rectify
all defects due to material or manufacturing
faults, by repairs or replacement of the
device according to our own choice and free
of charge. The guarantee does not apply to:
damage due to misuse, normal wear and
tear, and defects that only affect the value
or usability of the device to an insignificant
degree. The guarantee expires in the event
of interventions by unauthorised persons or
in the event that replacement parts other than
original Therm-ic replacement parts are used.
