Important:
• The barbecue may not be overheated because this might make it prone to rust
and discolorations.
• The grillage must be removed to be able to fill the charcoal into the barbecue.
Rotate the grillage away from the centre. Place the charcoal so that it touches
neither the wall of the barbecue nor the centre directly.
• The height of the grillage can be adjusted individually.
• The knob serves to adjust the temperature and the ventilation in the barbecue.

• Pull the safety rope of the cover over the rail bracket to prevent loss.
Storage:
The barbecue must be allowed to cool down completely after use. Do not clean,
disassemble and store the barbecue until then. Disassemble the mounting of the rail
but do not dismantle the rail bracket.
Care:
• To maintain the quality of the barbecue as long as possible,
it should be cleaned after use.
• Also clean and lightly grease the centre after use.
• Suitable cleaning agent: oven cleaner
• Clean the remaining parts with mild detergent and water.
• Do not use steel wool or means that might scratch the surface.
Safety instructions:
• This barbecue is for outdoor use only. A distance of at least 60 cm to
combustible items must be maintained.
• To prevent burns, we recommend using heat-resistant protective gloves or potholders.
• A container with water should be kept nearby to be able to get any flames under
control quickly.
• Do not overheat the barbecue because this may lead to flaming fire.
• Please observe the manufacturer's safety instructions if you are using denatured
alcohol.
• Never leave the barbecue unattended.
• Never leave children unattended in the vicinity of the barbecue.
• Dispose only fully cooled down ash in an environmentally correct and friendly manner.
