Guarantee
There is a guarantee of 24 months – from date of purchase – for this product. Defects which
arise during this guarantee period in the form of material and/or manufacturing defects will be
remedied at no charge, either by means or repair or through replacement delivery. Insofar as
legally permissible, any other claims for compensation are excluded.
The guarantee is inapplicable in the event of intervention by third parties or disassembly by
third parties without our prior consent. The guarantee is also inapplicable in the event of
arbitrary damage or incorrect handling.The guarantee period is not extended with provision
of a guarantee. We reserve the right to invoice the costs incurred for unjustifi ed complaints
such as installation or operating errors. For making a guarantee claim it is necessary to save
the proof of purchase with date of purchase. For fast handling of your guarantee claim cases,
please send these – irrespective of specialised dealer – post-paid directly to EMAG AG.
Unfortunately, unpaid shipments cannot be accepted due to logistical reasons.
