Delivery scope and unit configuration
When delivered, all components to be assembled are in the filter container and have to be removed first!

Submersion unit
1 Housing cover
2 Housing
3 Hose connector (1 × with O ring) and union nut
− For the connection of a 20 mm hose ∅ (6)
4 UVC clarifying unit
− A UVC lamp radiates and kills algae in the water
5 Pond pump
− First pumps the pond water into the UVC clarifying unit (4), then into the container (8)
6 20 mm hose ∅
− Connects the UVC clarifying unit (4) to the container (8)

− The delivery includes also the submersion unit, the hose (6) and a kit containing hose connectors (3), the infill
bend (13) and O rings
− Filter elements include foam filters (9/10) and bio balls (12)
9 − Coarse foam filter to mechanically clean and nitrify the water
10 Fine foam filter to mechanically clean and denitrify the water
11 Outlet matching the DN 50 HT tube or a 2" ∅ hose
12 Once colonised by bacteria, bio balls act as a filter element for biologically cleaning the water
13 Inlet bend
Function description
NCTF-O 4000 is a filter system for mechanically and biologically cleaning of garden ponds. A pond pump presses the
water into various cleaning stages. Following this the water is returned into the garden pond.
