Model Aeroplane with
Rubber Band Motor PA-28

Intended Use

PA-28 is a model aircraft with a rubber band motor. The model is ready for takeoff within a few
minutes. For assembly, no glue (other than the included glue strips) or other tools are necessary.
This aeroplane model complies with the toy directive 88/378/EWG, however, it is not suitable for
children under 3 years of age (it contains small parts that can be swallowed by children).
Only outdoors operation is intended.
Any other use may cause damage to property or injuries to people. You are
solely responsible for the safe operation of the model!
Safety and Hazard Notices
The warranty will lapse in the event of damage caused by failure to observe
these safety instructions. We do not accept liability for damage to property or
injury to persons caused by misuse or non-compliance with the safety
instructions!
Bear in mind that you are responsible for all damage caused by the model aeroplane. Therefore,
observe the following instructions.
• Never fly into people or animals.
• Do not use in the vicinity of over ground electrical cables!
• Do not fly in the vicinity of houses, streets or railway stations. The model may only be used on
a large area without any obstructions.
• ATTENTION! Do not grab the rotating propeller! Risk of injury! Do not stick any objects in the pro-
peller.
• A responsible person must be present when the model is in use.
• Do not carelessly leave the packaging material lying around since this may become a dange-
rous toy for children.

Assembly
The individual steps are shown in the pictures, the correct order is indicated by numbers in
boxes. The numbers in circles indicate the relevant adhesive strips on the provided sheet.

Put the tailplane on the fuselage and align it horizontally. Press the four plastic bolts downwards,
through the pre-cut holes in the elevator tail. They are pressed onto the fuselage attachment.
Attach the vertical tail to the fuselage.
Secure the vertical tail on top of the fuselage with glue strip 1.
Use glue strip 2 on the rear of the fuselage half on both, left and right, sides.

Form the wings as shown,
and pull the middle notch

apart carefully for about
2 mm. Secure this in posi-
tion by using the strong
adhesive foil.
Insert
wings into the opening in
the fuselage.

direction of flight.

Insert the wing attachment
at the bottom of the fusela-
ge. Hook the edge braces
into the wings. Secure the
wings and the attachment
at the bottom with glue
strips 3, 4 and 5.

Assemble the propulsion.
Mount the braces on the
undercarriage front to the
propeller motor so they
lock in place. Connect the
wire-undercarriage to the
back of the motor. Hook
each side of the undercar-
riage into the undercar-
riage braces.

Attach the the front under-
carriage to the fuselage.
Pull the rubber band
through the eye of the
wing attachment and hook
it to the propeller.
