4. Using a suitable USB-LAN adaptor, it is possible to establish an Internet connection via Ethernet. For this,
select Wireless & NetworksMore..., Ethernet in the settings menu and enter the required settings.
If necessary, contact your Internet provider. Further connection options are also available to you under
this menu item.
Displaying photos and playing videos and music
To show and play photos, videos and music, use the applications Super-HD and Music, or download the
required and suitable applications from Google Play.
Google account
In order to use Google Play and Google applications (such as Gmail, Google Plus), a Google account is required.
When Google applications are opened, a new account can be created or an existing one can be entered. Browse
Google's websites for further information.
Google Play – Installing / uninstalling applications
1. Navigate to the installed applications (
2. Download the required application. Follow the Play Store instructions.
There is also the option to install applications from a connected external storage unit (such
as a microSD card). Follow the program instructions after opening the application file (.apk).
Restrictions must be observed.
3. To uninstall, navigate to the installed applications (
with the left mouse button. Drag it to Uninstall in the upper left corner of the home screen and let go of
the mouse button. Confirm the confirmation prompt.
Moving files
For Android™ file management via Macintosh computers, you can get the free software
"Android File Transfer" via http://www.android.com/filetransfer.
The maximum available internal storage space is 4 GB.
1. Connect the Mini PC Stick via the Micro-USB connector USB 2 to your computer (two USB2.0 ports are
required) and turn on the power supply. The Mini PC Stick boots and can be operated; at the same time,
files can be copied from the connected computer to the Mini PC Stick.
2. Open the USB connection type using the (I) button. Click on Connected as ...
3. Select Media device (MTP) using the relevant check box. After a connection has been established, you
can start the file transfer. Run the "Android File Transfer" software, if required.
4. Copy the required files to the Mini PC Stick. Subsequently, the files can be moved into the relevant folders
on the Mini PC Stick. If the folders are not there yet, create them first.
- Movies: Copy your video files into this folder
- Pictures: Copy your picture files into this folder
- Music: Copy your music files into this folder
Note the "Technical Data" for supported and/or readable file formats.
a) File manager:
Open the application FileManager. The file manager (see the following illustration) provides you with access
to the stored and accessible files in the system folders.
The toolbar shown below can be used for file management. For this, press and hold a file using the left
mouse button and wait until the toolbar opens. The toolbar can also be accessed via the (H) button.
The following functions are available:
- Sort (sort), copy (copy), paste (paste), cut (cut), delete (delete), rename (rename), create new folder
(mkdir)
- Use the (H) button to paste (paste) after copying (copy).
Hard disk drive / microSD card
a) Connecting microSD card
Insert a microSD/microSDHC card (FAT32- or NTFS-formatted, max. 32 GB) into the microSD card slot
microSD (6) until it clicks into place. The memory card is accessible via the file manager (FileManager
application). To remove it, press the card inwards until it disengages.
b) Connecting hard disk drive
When connecting an external hard disk drive, power supply of min. 2000 mA is required. Ensure this by using an
external power supply. When connecting two external USB devices (such as a mouse and an external hard disk
drive), a suitable USB adaptor (not included in delivery) may have to be used.
c) Disconnecting external storage device
Eject (deactivate) the connected external USB storage devices via the menu item DeviceStorage before
removing them to avoid data loss.

Setting home screen
you can set up the home screen to your individual requirements.
a) Add applications to home screen
1. Press the
button to show the installed applications.
2. Using the left mouse button, press and hold the application you want to link to on the home screen. When
the home screen is shown, place the application on it and release the mouse button.
3. Follow the same instructions for placing widgets.
4. Then you can start the applications directly from the home screen.
b) Removing applications from the home screen
1. Using the mouse, press and hold the application to be removed and drag it to X Remove.
2. Release the mouse button. The link to the application will be removed from the home screen.
c) Extending the home screen
The home screen can be extended. The graphic below illustrates this. Using the mouse, click on the left or
right margin of the monitor to add additional home screens.
Cleaning and maintenance
• The product requires no servicing on your part aside from occasional cleaning. Use a soft, anti-static and
lint-free cloth.
• Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
• Keep the air vents (3) on the bottom of the housing free from dirt and dust.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
