Trouble Shooting
This product was tested on its functions after pro-
duction. However, if there is a malfunction, please
check the following points before contacting our
customer service:
Is the cable damaged?
Is the connector damaged?
Is the laser diode at the bottom of the mouse
glowing red?
- If the diode is not on, this can be an indi-
cation, that either the cable or the plug are
damaged or that the USB socket is defect. To
check this, connect another USB device.
The mouse indicator doesn't move or jumps
uncontrollably over the screen?
- Are all drivers for the USB port correctly
installed and updated?
