10. The manufacturer disclaims any liability for damages caused to people, animals or things
due to the lack or failure in observing the above instructions or if the device is used
improperly

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

All our devices are subjected to strict tests and are covered against manufacturing defects in
compliance with the norms in force (minimum 12 months). The warranty is effective from the
date of purchase. If your device or accessories are handed in for repair, a copy of the receipt
must be enclosed.
During the guarantee period our assistance center will repair all the malfunctions that, despite
the user has followed the instruction in our manual, can be related to defective materials. The
parts deemed faulty will either be replaced or repaired under guarantee. The replaced parts
remain our property. Replacements or repairs do not extend the guarantee period; the parts
replaced will be covered by the remaining period of guarantee of the product itself. We are not
held responsible for damage or faults to the device or to any of its components if they are caused
by improper use or maintenance of the device.
The same applies if the instructions given in our handbook are not observed or for the use of
parts and accessories that are not included in our program. The guarantee will no longer be
considered valid if personnel, which is unauthorized by to us, tampers with the device. The
guarantee does not cover wearable parts whose wear is a natural result on the device's use.
ALL COSTS INCURRED DUE TO UNAUTHORIZED OR UNACKNOWLEDGED COMPLAINTS WHILE
THE PRODUCT IS COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE WILL BE CHARGED
DISPOSAL (WEEE)
As the owner of an electrical or electronic product, you are not allowed by law ( according to the
EU Directive 2002/96/EC dated January 27, 2003 on waste electrical and electronic equipment
and the particular national laws of the EU-Member State transforming this Directive) to dispose
of this product or its electrical/electronic parts as unsorted domestic waste. You shall use the
designated possibilities for return instead.

CONFORMITY STATEMENT

The RIBIMEX Company states under its own responsibility that the SOFLAME product complies
with all the directives inherent to the affixing of the CE mark.
