The overall level of the amplifier can be adjusted using the NXLC. Unlike conventional
level controls (Also known as Sub Level Controls), the NXS level control is an intelligent
circuit allowing you to select which amplifier and/or channels you would like to remotely
control. Additionally only one remote is needed to control multiple amplifiers.
The following example shows a NX400.4 amplifier with channels 1 & 2 running the mid
and high speakers and channels 3 & 4 bridged running a single woofer. The level
control has been turned "ON" for channels 3 & 4 so the woofer can be adjusted remotely
by the level control.
The NXLC connection to the amplifier is made using the RJ-11 cable provided.
Connect one end of the cable to the jack located on the back of the NXLC. The other
end of the cable connects into DSP Netlink "INPUT" of the amplifier. The NXLC is
powered by the amplifier and does not require any other connections. When installing
the RJ-11 cable it is best to run with the signal wires and avoid placing next to power
wires. Additionally avoid sharp objects that could cut or damage the wire.

Die Lautstärke der Verstärker kann über die optional erhältlichen NXLC geregelt
werden. Anders als bei herkömmlichen Fernbedienungen (bekannt als Sub Level
Fernbedienung) können mit dem NXS Level Controller jeder beliebige NXS Verstärker
und dessen Kanäle angewählt werden. Es ist nur ein einziger NXLC erforderlich, um
mehrere Verstärker zu steuern.
Das folgende Beispiel zeigt einen NX400.4 der auf den Kanälen 1 & 2 ein Mittel-
/Hochton System und auf den Kanälen 3 & 4 einen Subwoofer antreibt. Der „Level
Control" Schalter für die Kanäle 3 & 4 steht auf „ON", damit die Lautstärke des
Subwoofers über die Controller eingestellt werden kann.
Die Verbindung zwischen NXLC und dem Verstärker geschieht durch das beigelegte
RJ11 Kabel. Stecken Sie das eine Ende des Kabels in die Buchse auf der Seite des
NXLC, das andere Ende stecken Sie in den DSP Netlink „INPUT" des Verstärkers. Der
NXLC wird über den Verstärker mit Strom versorgt und braucht daher keine weiteren
Anschlüsse. Beim verlegen des RJ11 Kabels empfiehlt es sich, Stromkabel und scharfe
Kanten zu meiden.
