- Seite 6 1. Sitzhöhenverstellung Die Sitzhöhe Ihres Drehstuhls lässt sich durch eine Gasdruckfeder stufenlos in der Höhe verstellen. Ziehen Sie dazu die Taste unter dem Sitz rechts mittig nach oben: die Sitzhöhe lässt sich verstellen. Wenn Sie den Sitz entlasten, geht der Sitz nach oben.
- Seite 8 2. Einstellung auf das Körpergewicht Die Körpergewichtseinstellung (Rückstellkraft der Lehne) erfolgt durch einen Drehhebel vorne rechts unter dem Sitz. Drehhebel herausziehen. Drehhebel nach vorne drehen: der Gegendruck der Lehne wird stärker. Drehhebel nach hinten drehen: der Gegendruck der Lehne wird schwächer. Nach Einstellung des optimalen Gegendrucks den Drehhebel wieder einschieben.
- Seite 10 3. Lehnenwegsbegrenzung / Arretierung der Bewegung (Sitz und Rücken) Arbeitsmedizinisch empfehlenswert ist das „dynamische“ Sitzen, d. h. Sitzen in wechselnden Arbeitshaltungen. Wenn Sie jedoch längere Zeit in gleicher Sitz- haltung arbeiten möchten, können Sie die „Synchron-Bewegung“ in vorderster Position aus- schalten.

- Seite 12 4. Doppel S-Unterstützung und Beckenkamm-Aufrichtung (in Rücken und Sitz) Sitz und Rücken sind mit dem celligence ® -system ausgestattet. - Seite 14 5. Stufenlose Sitzneigung (optional) Sie können die Sitzneigung noch zusätzlich zur autoadaptiven Unterstützung stufenlos einstellen. Dazu den Sitz entlasten und mittig links die Ziehtaste ziehen: der Sitz stellt sich hinten auf. Ziehtaste loslassen, der Sitz ist fixiert. Die Ziehtaste wieder ziehen und den Sitz mit dem Körpergewicht belasten: der Sitz senkt sich hinten ab.
- Seite 16 6. Sitztiefenverstellung (optional) Zum Verstellen ziehen Sie im Sitzen die Taste links vorne nach oben: jetzt können Sie den Sitz verschieben und die Ihnen angenehme Sitztiefe wählen. Taste loslassen: Sitz ist wieder arretiert. Ist der Sitz unbelastet und die Taste wird betätigt, fährt der Sitz selbstständig zurück.
- Seite 18 7. Kopfstütze (mot99, mot89, mot79) Die Kopfstütze ist höhenverstellbar und neigbar. Zur Höheneinstellung schieben Sie die Kopfstütze in Stufen nach oben oder unten. Sie kann ebenso in Stufen nach vorne bzw. nach hinten verstellt werden.
- Seite 20 8. Design-Armlehne Aluminium (optional) Die Design-Armlehne dient zur Entlastung der Schulter- und Nackenmuskulatur. Weitere Armsupports auf der nachfolgenden Seite. Tipp! Die Armlehnen entlasten die Wirbelsäule, den Schultergürtel und die Armmuskulatur dann wirkungsvoll, wenn Ober- und Unterarm einen Winkel von etwa 90° bilden.

- Seite 27 1. Seat height adjustment The seat height of your swivel chair features infinitely-variable gas lift adjustment. To adjust, pull the lever under the seat upwards (middle of the right-hand side) and the seat can be moved to a different height. Take your weight off the seat and it will rise.
- Seite 29 2. Body weight adjustment Body weight adjustment (backrest return force) is controlled using a rotating lever underneath the seat at the front right-hand side. Pull the lever out. If you turn the lever forwards, the counter-pressure increases. Turn it backwards it decreases. Push the lever back in.

To adjust it, stand up from the seat and pull the lever in the middle left-hand side to raise the back of the seat. Release the lever and the seat is fixed in position.
