Assembly of the fan:
Unpack all parts of the appliance. A small screwdriver is necessary to assemble the fan.

Before connecting to the electricity be sure that the appliance is mounted completely
and all parts are fixed firmly.
Connect the appliance to a grounded mains socket. Be sure to place the appliance closed to a
socket and take care that the cord can never be a tripping hazard.

Assembling of the guards with control element to the rack:
Find 4 little screws for assembling the bars with the
tube. Cross the two bars.
Put the plastic covering on tube
and fix the tube with its flange with the crossed bars.
Be sure to align the four holes in the bars with four
holes on the flange and fix the tube and the bars with
the four small screws.
Open the screw of tube to ensure that there is
enough space to put the silver coloured bar 13 inside.
Assemble bar with tube and fix the screw until the two
parts are fastened firmly.
Assemble guard centered onto the motor block.
Put the integrated ring of guard with itsholes aligned
to the adapters on the motor housing
(Please note the two adapters above and one
adapter below).
Screw-on the fixing nut to fix the guard with the motor
housing.
Put the rotor centered onto the drive.
Screw-on fixing nut centered and counter clock wise
(left-hand thread) to rotor. Make sure that nut for
fastening the rotor is fixed only hand-screwed.
Insert guard into the plastic retainer ring and align
guard into the retainer ring also. Put screw in to
the screw intake of the retainer ring and fix it well to
connect the two guards firmly.
Put the control panel with its sprocket whole onto
the silver coloured bar and screw-on the winged
screw firmly.
