Re-pairing and Multipoint

To pair another device with Bluetooth interface or for a re-pairing, please refer
to "procedure for first start-up / pairing".
The Bluetooth Accessory Adapter supports the
®
CSR . Therefore it is possible that two paired and Multipoint-compatible
devices can be operated on the same Accessory Adapter at the same time.
Attention, not all devices support this mode.
Operation is possible either with the operating key on the Bluetooth
Accessory Adapter or by pressing the Enter key at the PowerCom
operating device.

Basic functions of the AKE Bluetooth-Accessory-Adapter

Automatic switch-on, searching and pairing: After starting the vehicle
on-board power the Bluetooth Accessory Adapter
automatically be in ready-to-operate status and will search for the Bluetooth
partner. If there is no Bluetooth partner, it will automatically go into pairing mode.
Operating key
Manual switch-on: Press operating key for 2 sec.
Manual switch-off: Press operating key for 8 sec.
Volume adjustment:
For each paired device you can individually adjust the basic volume. At
activated audio connection shortly press operating key for higher volume or
lower volume, double click reverses the setting direction (control beep: 5 x
short high). If the volume can not be adjusted during navigation message,
you can also use every mobile phone connection for this.
Adjust the volume according to your request while standing. When using at a
PowerCom system, this takes care of the adjustements according to the
driving noises.
Activate/deactivate automatic answer:
A single click in pairing mode activates or deactivates automatic answering (control
sounds. A short ringtone signals the change (Release 2: Two short high beep).
