OPERATION

Disconnect the power adapter from the mains socket before replacing
the output plug.
The power adapter's output voltage must match the input voltage of
the electric consumer.
The output voltage is automatically controlled by the output plug selected.
The adaptor offers a second output power through the USB power ports.
The USB power ports support 2.1 A maximum current consumption.
At any given time, make sure the connected USB devices do not
exceed the maximum current consumption.
1. Select an output plug that matches the input socket and input voltage of the
electric consumer (see table).
2. Connect the output plug to the connector at the end of the output cable. Voltage
reversal of the output plug is not possible for security reasons. The inner contact
is positive (+), the outer negative (–).
3. Connect the output plug to the switched-off consumer.
4. Connect the power cord's plug with the matching socket of the power adapter.
5. Connect the mains plug to a standard mains socket (100 – 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz).
The LCD on the top of the power adapter shows the current output voltage.
6. Put the power adapter onto a solid, flame-retardant surface and ensure that the
power adapter is sufficiently ventilated.
7. Now switch the connected consumer on. If it does not function properly, switch it
off immediately and disconnect it from the power adapter.
8. To power / charge a USB device, insert the device into the USB power socket.
9. Remove the power adapter from the mains when it is no longer in use.
CLEANING
• When cleaning, the power adapter must be disconnected from mains socket and
electrical loads.
• Only use dry and soft cloth to clear the housing of the power adapter.
• Do not use abrasive or solvents.
