Die zum Betrieb benötigte Software ist im Webser-
ver gespeichert und wird per Download auf den
angeschlossenen Computer geladen. Daher liegt
der Verpackung keine Software bei.
1 Functional Overview and Scope of

The software required for operation is stored on the
web server and is then downloaded on the computer
connected. Therefore, the package does not contain
any software.

Zur Fernsteuerung von Digitalrecordern. Den Recor-
der auf die Betriebsart RS-485 und auf die Baud-
Rate 2400 einstellen (Kap. 5.6).

Zur Aktivierung externer (Alarm-) Geräte

Für den Anschluss eines Alarmsensors mit Schließer
(NO); den zweiten Kontakt des Schließers an Masse
(Pin 5) anschließen. Bei Alarmauslösung ändern
sich die Pegel der Alarmausgänge Pin 2 und 3. Über
das automatische E-Mail-Sendesystem kann auch
vom Webserver eine E-Mail an zuvor eingestellte
Benutzer versendet werden (Kap. 5.7).
3 Netzwerkanschluss
Den Video-Webserver über ein Patchkabel mit
dem LAN verbinden oder direkt über das mitge-
lieferte Standard-Anschlusskabel an den PC an-
schließen.
4 Reset-Taste zum Zurückstellen des Servers in
den Auslieferungszustand (mit einem dünnen
Gegenstand betätigen)
5 Buchse DC 12 V für die Versorgungsspannung
Das mitgelieferte 12-V-Netzgerät hier anschließen.
6 LED leuchtet: Netzwerk o.k.
7 LED blinkt: System o.k.

corder to the operating mode RS-485 and to the
baud rate 2400 (chapter 5.6).

For connecting an alarm sensor with NO contact:
connect the second contact of the NO contact to
ground (pin 5). If an alarm is triggered, the levels of
the alarm outputs pin 2 and pin 3 will change. The
automatic e-mail warning system also allows to send
an e-mail from the web server to users previously
defined (chapter 5.7).
3 Network connection
Connect the video web server via a patch cable
to the LAN or directly to the PC via the supplied
standard connection cable.
4 Reset button for resetting the server to the fac-
tory settings (actuate the button by means of a
thin object)
5 Jack DC 12 V for the supply voltage
Connect the supplied 12 V power supply unit to
this jack.
6 LED illuminated: network OK
