Please safe these instructions!
How to use:
a) For cool use, pre-cool in the freezer
section for 1 hour and then take out to use.
Food can keep cool on the plate for 2-3
hours.
b) For warm use, pre-heat in the oven
(below 100 degrees Celsius) for 1 hour
and then take out to use. Food can keep
warm on the plate for 2-3 hours.
Warning: Do not put in the microwave.
Do not place in the heat
