2. CHARAKTERYSTYKA WYROBU
2.1. Przeznaczenie
Witryna „Gastroline" jest uniwersalnym urz dzeniem chá odniczym przeznaczonym do przechowywania i ekspono-
wania m. in. saá atek owocowo-warzywnych uprzednio wychá odzonych do temperatury przechowywania. Witryna
saá atkowa nadaje si do restauracji, stoá ówek itp. Po zamontowaniu prowadnic mo* e stanowiü element ci gu wy-
dawczego. Gwarantowana temperatura wewn trz witryny +2ºC/+8ºC przy temperaturze otoczenia +15ºC/+25ºC i
wilgotno ci wzgl. powietrza do 60%.
2.2. Opis urządzenia
„Gastroline" jest witryn chá odnicz z agregatem wewn trznym i z wymuszonym obiegiem powietrza. Witryna wyposa-
*ona jest w odszranianie automatyczne i automatyczne odparowanie kondensatu. „Gastroline" posiada elektroniczny
termostat wspóá pracuj cy z moduá em do rejestracji temperatury pozwalaj cym na rejestracj i sygnalizacj za wysokiej i
za niskiej temperatury w urz dzeniu. Witryna podzielona jest na dwie cz ci: ekspozycyjn , przystosowan pod pojemniki
GN i komor przechowalnicz z póá k regulowan . W zale*no ci od konstrukcji i przeznaczenia „Gastroline" wykonywane
s w wersji stacjonarnej lub jezdnej. Urz dzenia „IGLOO" wykonywane s w/g nowoczesnych technologii i posiadaj
