Feeder installation
1 Open battery cover.
2 Place four alkaline C-batteries (1.5 V). Do not use rechargeable batteries.
3 If symbol "LO" appears on the display, batteries have to be replaced in 2 days.
4 After battery installation, the LCD will show 00:00 ready for local time setting.
5 Set local time; press "SET" once, the hours position will be twinkle, just press "+" to set
time, press "SET" for minute setting, press "SET" to confirm time.
Program feeding time
1 Press "FEED" button, LCD shows --:-- with number 1 at the upper section of the screen.
2 Press "SET" button, hours blink, press + button to set the hours, press "SET" button,
minutes blink, then press + button to set the minutes. Press "SET" button to confirm
Feeding number 1.
3 To program feeding times 2, 3 and 4, repeat step 1 & 2.
4 You can check set feeding times by pushing "FEED" button.
5 The "MANUAL" button can be used for manual feeding outside the programmed times.
6 Cancel feeding time, press "FEED" to select feeding time you want to remove, then
press "+" once, the feeding number on upper section of LCD will be dismissed.
7 To resume the feeding time, select desired program and repeat step 6 and the feeder
will resume feeding on the programmed time.
8 Make sure that the "STOP!" switch is in the upper position, then the Koi-Feeder will
start feeding at the set times. To interrupt automatic feeding temporarily or for a
longer time, set the "STOP!" switch in the lower position.
Set food quantity
• With the dial you can adjust the amount of food on a scale of 1 to 6.
See feeding chart on page 10!
• To limit food quantity with mini pellets insert cover plate (E) with small opening.
• To limit food quantity with medium pellets insert cover plate (F) with bigger opening.
• For large pellet no cover plate is needed.
• Always check set food quantity, run a test while catching food in a bag, adjust as
needed.
• Feed as much as your fish will eat in 5 minutes, remove un eaten food!
Maintenance
• Keep food container clean and dry.
• Remove moisture and old food.
• Remove batteries when the Koi Feeder is not in use.
• The brush can be replaced if needed, spare brushes are available at your dealer.
