You will find the following warning or information symbols on the
product:
WARNING: Hot surface!

Risk of burns!

During operation, the touchable surfaces can reach an extremely
high temperature.
• Use pot holders when opening the lid of the deep fryer!
WARNING:
• Never operate the appliance without oil of grease. Risk of fire!
• Never add water to the oil. Risk of deflagration/explosion!
• Oils and fats can burn if overheated. Exercise care. Do not
forget to turn off the appliance after use. To do so always press
the On/Off button on the controls and pull out the plug.
CAUTION: Overheating of the heating element
Please observe this important note, if you want to use fat in
the deep fryer.
Fat must be melted slowly, so that it can enclose the heating
element.
If fat is inserted for the first time or re-melted, there is a risk
of overheating, if the selected temperature is too high.
