INFRAfit Instructions for Use
Please observe the following steps for safe use and long life of the product!
Microwave
6) Remove the Lava cushion from the cover. The cover must never be heated in a microwave
oven.
7) Place the cushion in the microwave oven. Position the cushion so that the turntable can turn
freely. According to the size of the microwave oven, it may be necessary to bend the cushion
once in the middle.
8) Heat the cushion to 600 watts for a maximum of 3 minutes. Do not leave the oven
unobserved while heating. After heating, the cushion should remain in the microwave oven for
about 30 seconds to allow for temperature compensation.
9) Remove the cushion from the microwave oven after heating and check the temperature
carefully with your hands before placing the cushion in the cover. If the cushion is too hot,
allow it to cool or wrap it additionally in a towel.
10) Place the cushion in the cover and then place it on the desired position.
Oven
6) Remove the Lava cushion from the cover. The cover must never be heated in an oven.
7) Preheat the oven from above and below to 100°C.
Place the cushion flat on a clean, cold grill. Slide the grill on the middle rails into the oven.
8) Heat the cushion for 10 minutes in the oven.
9) Remove the cushion after heating from the oven and check the temperature carefully with
your hands before placing the cushion in the cover. If the cushion is too hot, allow it to cool or
wrap it additionally in a towel.
10) Place the cushion in the cover and then place it on the desired position.
Warning
Heat the cushion only with the two methods described.
If the power of your microwave oven is not given in watts, please contact the manufacturer of
the device to undertake the correct setting.
Heating the cushion must only be carried by adults or under their supervision.
Changes in colour can occur due to false handling (temperature too high, heating duration too
long). In this case the cushion must no longer be used and must be exchanged.
The cushion must not be opened and the content reduced of exchanged.
To avoid overheating and related damage to the product, the cushion must not be reheated for
a minimum of 40 minutes after an initial heating.
Extreme caution is advised when using heat in respect of sensibility disturbances of the skin
and circulatory problems.
