Grill thermometer

The temperature of the grill
thermometer significantly increases
during use. Always use oven mitts,
pot holders or similar protection,
never touch the hot grill thermometer
with your bare hands.

Do not expose your grill thermometer to
extreme temperature fluctuations. The grill
thermometer is not designed for use in an
oven.

By using your new grill thermometer
you can easily find out the temperature
of the meat you are grilling. Thus you can
ensure that the meat has not been grilling
for too short or too long a time.
The grill thermometer displays on an easily
readable scale whether the meat being
grilled in still RARE (bloody)
or MED (medium) or WELL (well-done).

Before first use, clean the grill
thermometer as described
below in the chapter "Cleaning".
Insert the measuring

Do not measure temperature
directly next to a bone or in
a layer of fat. The temperature
that you will measure in these
places does not precisely
correspond to the temperature
of the meat.

grill grid.
Once the indicator reaches the desired
degree of doneness, you can remove
the grilled meat from the grid.

The scale of degree of doneness
is only an approximately value.
The degree of doneness depends
on many factors, including the type
of meat, freshness and method of
preparation of the meat.

(medium) (well-done)
Intended use
The grill thermometer displays on
the scale the degree of doneness
from RARE (bloody) through MED
(medium) to WELL (well-done).
The grill thermometer is intended
for private use and is not suitable
for commercial purposes.

Cleaning

After each use of the thermometer
- especially the measuring sensor
- rinse it thoroughly with warm
water and a small amount
of detergent. It is not advisable
to wash the grill thermometer
in a dishwasher.

After washing, thoroughly dry
the thermometer.

Drops of moisture may form
on the grill thermometer after
it is removed from the grilled meat.
This is a normal physical phenome-
non. The condensation on the grill
thermometer will slowly disappear.
